Coming from one of the finest bloodlines at Gestüt Lewitaz, her dam Sarastra has produced seven mares — a production record that is simply extraordinary. Two competed internationally: Al Yamamah herself at 1.60m, and Ninastra at 1.45m. The remaining five became outstanding broodmares, collectively producing a constellation of international performers:
— Sarina (by Baloubet): dam of five international horses, including Jalellah OL — six victories at 1.60m level under the saddle of Paul Whittaker.
