Doodle de la Roque is a daughter of Pocahontas d’Amaury (Kannan x Quick Star), just like the great champion Caracole de la Roque (Zandor). The phenomenal Olympic mare Caracole amassed €1,377,000 in prize money under Julien Epaillard and Karl Cook. Silver medalist with Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics, winner of the CSIO5* 1.60m Grand Prix in Rome, World Cup Grand Prix winner in Madrid and Lyon, Nations Cup Final winner in Barcelona, runner-up in GP CSIO5* La Baule and CSI5* GP in St Tropez… an extraordinary record! But Pocahontas d’Amaury didn’t stop there, her outstanding progeny includes For Ever de la Roque Z (For Hero) CSI 1.50m with Johan Lotter, Fun de la Roque Z (For Hero) CSI3* 1.45m with Mauricio Ruiz, and Doodle’s own full brother, Versatche de la Roque (Rasta du Soutrait), CSI 1.50m with Martina Meroni.

Antinea III, a broodmare of excellence
Doodle’s third dam, Antinea III (Quidam de Revel), produced three elite broodmares: Lily d’Amaury (Quick Star), Medine d’Amaury (Quick Star), and Olympias d’Amaury (Lando).
Lily d’Amaury produced Sherkan d’Amaury (Kannan), who earned €154,000 in CSI5* 1.60m classes with Kent Farrington. Sherkan is a full brother to Pocahontas d’Amaury, the dam of both Doodle and Caracole de la Roque.
Medine d’Amaury produced Quimono de la Roque (Kannan) CSI5* 1.50m with Andreas Schou, Uris de la Roque (Capital) with €220,000 in CSIO5* 1.65m earnings under Mario Deslauriers, Verone de la Roque (Kannan) €73,000 in CSI5* 1.60m with Harold Boisset, Astuce de la Roque (Kannan) €265,000 with Victor Bettendorf, and Boheme de la Roque (Kannan) €156,000 with Grace Debney.
Olympias d’Amaury produced the approved stallion Shiva d’Amaury (For Pleasure), with €280,000 in CSIO5* 1.60m winnings alongside Mathieu Billot.

From the direct maternal line of legendary sire Cor de la Bryère
Doodle’s 7th dam, Nadine (A C’T’Heure), was the uterine sister of Quenotte (Lurioso), the dam of the great Cor de la Bryère (Rantzau x Lurioso). Cor de la Bryère’s influence is global, his genes run through many of today’s top jumpers. Some of the greatest sires (Chacco Blue, Cornet Obolensky, Casall) descend directly through the male line from Cor de la Bryère.
Nadine was not only Cor’s aunt but also the dam of the remarkable Drina (Oferista xx).
Doodle de la Roque descends from Drina (her 6th dam), just like the famous broodmare Reggae de Talma (Drina is her 4th dam). Reggae de Talma is one of the world’s top producing mares, dam of Valkyrie de Talma CSIO5* 1.60m, Une de l’Othain CSI5* GCT 1.60m, Baloubet de Talma CSI5* 1.60m, and Cocktail de Talma CSI5* GCT 1.60m.

A lesser-known sire with exceptional production stats
Doodle’s sire, Rasta du Soutrait, may be relatively unknown to the general public, but his production is impressive. Rasta is by the exceptional stallion Adelfos (Athlet Z x Caletto I), a mainstay of the Swiss national team with Markus Fuchs, winning consistently in Nations Cups and World Cup Grands Prix. Adelfos has sired many winners, including Pegase du Murier (€500,000 in CSI5* GCT/GCL 1.60m). Adelfos brings in valuable bloodlines: Almé via Athlet Z, and Cor de la Bryère via Caletto I.
Rasta du Soutrait’s granddam was a Thoroughbred mare by the influential Brinkmanship. This TB blood brought brilliance to his foals of only 27 offspring, 6 reached international level (22%), an exceptional success rate.

Her granddam Lily d’Amaury is by the explosive black stallion Quick Star (Galoubet A x Nithard), sire of champions like Big Star (double Olympic gold), Orient Express (World silver medalist), and outstanding broodmares. Her third dam, Antinea III, comes from the very first foal crop of foundation sire Quidam de Revel (Jalisco B x Nankin), born in 1988.
